Jeez, been a while! Just a quick update, split lower unit in half, found water in my bottom 2 cylinders and a rotten floor. Took a few years due to personal setbacks, but the hull has been rebuilt. It will be a centre steer boat when re-rigged this year. I have all the parts needed to rebuild the motor, and have a ride guide steering setup ready to go in. Going to be a busy few weeks, hoping to be on the water in time for our races!

Not sure. I bought it off a Russaw on Kassgabog lake in 2012, he said he had it for about 3 years. Not a lot of them around, I can't imagine there's more than a handful in this colour.

Got my ride guide setup less cables, I'll get that in for next year. Put 2 50lb sandbags in the nose and it floats and drives a lot better. Borrowed a 23" mach 3 prop, 75 mph at 7000 rpm... Much better out of the hole too, surprised me with how well it jumps on plane. Now all I need is a new lower unit and all issues are solved! For now lol....

After 8 hours of cleaning, wet sanding, cutting, buffing, cleaning, vacuuming, cleaning... I actually saw "No Feedback" on the plastic spacer between the steering wheel and dashboard. At least I finally know what I have. There will be a ride guide setup in it for next year....

I know what you mean. My local guy places large parts orders once a week and avoids shipping charges. Good Luck!

Man, thanks for all the info. Where I am, markup usually beats shipping charges, but I'll explore both options. I'm a big "support local" kinda guy, being a small town, you support them, they support you.... I always give them a chance before I order online :)
