A friend saw this two blocks from his house while garage saleing last weekend. Out of work Christian bought from origional owner/ farmer. No rust or dents. Upgraded front axle and power steering. Needs tires/ rims and a paint job.

Man, that last picture brings back memories. My dad had a late 70's ford 4x4 quad cab long box. It was standard with pto and hydraulic plow. I just remember as a kid seeing all the levers sticking up through the floor thinking I'd never learn how to drive it lol.... Good luck on your hunt! :)

Looking for older 4x4 truck

We'll be driving from eastern Wa to MN in 7 weeks. Caprice wants a winter truck for up in Alaska. Here's what we're interested in. So far..
Don't mind putting in some patch panels but NO RUST BUCKETS. Main structure has to be sound.

Caprice found 10- 15 candidates on the web but I'm sure someone has driven by one of these that is off the beaten path. Origional "patina" paint is preferred. We're not looking for a show truck unless it's under $5k.

If you see something that would fit our taste, shoot me an email. ronp@cityofsitka.com
