Chrysler Racing 135 on a Viper

Hi I was just looking for some input. I have a 1977 Viper and want to put a Chrysler race outboard on it. The boat has a jack plate and motor has trim, with the correct setup what speeds will I able able to achieve? Also the boat has the complete interior so will be the stock wieght will this motor be able to take the boat off with 2 people in it? Any help would greatly be apprieciated
