I need to fix mine as well before I get too far along and I need to find a inline dryer that works. The one I have fills up with water in about 5 minutes of using a angle grinder.

Awesome work so far! I had to rush to repair my delaminated hull last year and worked my butt off to do it in 6 weeks. I also helped Nosboss on here get his Ventura II going, well, I watched a lot, told him how he should do it, and drank his beer hahaha.

Can't wait to see progress!

My plan as of right now is to make taller and lose the engine well

Wow... That has to be the most rotten stream I have ever seen. But at the end of the day, that is a very good thing. Makes the tare out way easier!!!

And yes, That transom has been cut down. Like Surface Scratcher said, someone must have been running a 15" (16" if it wan an OMC) mid on that thing.

Hey, welcome to the forum.

That's a very interesting Vector there. It might be the most decomposed rebuild yet! Looks like the transom was cut down...maybe someone was running a 15 inch shaft back in the day.

Welcome! :vking:
