1985 Jcraft - No Motor :(

Hey all,
So I'm an avid you water skier and love my boat with a passion. Its a 1985 19ft jcraft white and red. Boat is in absolutely gorgeous condition and used to run a 185 johnson vro on the back of it. Motor ended up dying on it because it used to be a ski club boat and then my parents bought it ages ago before I was born! After the motor went on it about 10 years ago it has been sitting in storage (poor thing) and I had it handed down to me. Im looking to see what anybody thinks about what motor should go onto the back and what prop should be used for a good holeshot for skiing and still has the ability to be a toy when I want it. Obviously no prop can do both amazing hole shot and amazing top end but I thought I would see what the ideas out there were.

Pictures to follow soon!

Thanks
Patrick
