91 Vaserrette 2.5 Merc prop ?

I need to change the prop out on my Vaserrette. The boat is really bogging and can barely get a skier up. Flies like the wind when no skiers, really accelerates.

I'm running a 2.5 Merc with an Apollo 993025, 14 3/4 x 21

My engine's SN is 0B219379, can someone steer me to where I can find the year and other info on this motor. The top of the motor has V200.
