Don't wanna scare ya but hows the core? If ya got it all apart now, I'd go the extra mile and check it. A bad core is a big cause of delamination. Just a thought.

VIKING MAKE OVER

Bought the Vking this summer. Ran it once and it almost sank. Pealed a bstch off the bottom and the one inch hole filled the boat and I just made it back to the trailer. I stripped it turned it over and started grinding out the bad glass. The hole then turned out to be 5 feet long and 2 inchred wide. After about 7 layers of matt and 80 hours of sanding with air tools I then painted the bottom. I have now sanded the top and painted it yesterday. Its all black. I will be painting some highlights in bright green tomorrow. I really liked working on it and have dreamed about my boat about every night. I just love it.
