10" manual jack with 6" trim

hey chet, motor is a 97 3 cylinder 40. has 60 carbs and reeds, cut exhaust. she runs great but when u come off 3/4 to WOT down to idle, motor "sneezes/coughs" have had the carbs worked on and just treated with seafoam. helped but not cured. any ideas?
