Does anyone know this V-King

Hello, first time posting here. I'm trying to buy a Vegas or a V-King, found this one in Ontario Canada, but the current owner took this V-king in trade and really does not know much about it. He thinks at least the transom was repaired, but who knows. Things that scare me: Gas tank relocated to the bow?! and trailer has rollers. It does have a SeaStar steering set up and a few props. Any info would be appreciated.
