Re: VOYAGER with 175 rude

You need more setback from what I've been told. I just started on my voyager and everyone I've talked to, says to run 12 inches of setback. Also, what bottom are we talking? V bottom or xt?

Re: 175 johnson tilt trim

The center ram is just tilt and usually doesn't support the pressure of any throttle. It should like you have your motor trimmed to high. Do you have any pics of your setup?

Re: Dual Cable Replacement part numbers

Teleflex makes a great system. But if your really handy with a computer, the teleflex dual opposed system is great but they don't make the helm anymore.

Re: evinrude 235 hp crossflow lower unit removal/replacement

The best way I have found is to use a 1/4" drive ratchet with a long extension and a 3/8" socket. Under the pan you can move the shifters in and out to line it up. The other way is to just take off the bottom carb. [ Post made via Android ] http://www.hydrostreamforums.com/images/mobile/Android.png

Re: mods for gt 150

I picked up a 200 for back up and did a few things to it and then modded my 150 to the stock specs of the 200 and then did more. The scallopes are cuts in the block under the intake ports, like half circles, and match that to the pistons. I get a pic up soon of what I'm talking about. [ Post made vi...
