That sucks. But that's the thing with fiberglass, you can fix it. I had a few questionable "repairs" on my Vulture too.

Being a 20 foot boat, they have to be a lot longer than 12 or 13 feet. Off hand im not sure but I know the ones on my Vulture (20 foot boat also) are 18 feet. I would bet prob around 16 feet maybe. Set back is the jack plate that bolts to the transom that you bolt the motor too. As for not having a cone on the lower, raise the motor up as high as you can without loosing water pressure.
