My 175 will tilt up when im going slow but as soon as i give it throttle it like shoots back down to the down position. it likes shoots back down onto the 2 post that come out i think thats the trim then the single cylinder in the middel is tilt? but it seems the cylinder in the center wont hold up ...

im running 5500 rpm at 56. that was with a blown trim manifold im getting it fixed right now. i did buy a 26pitch 3 blade i want to try to see if i can get a few more mph

Not trying to jack your thread but im working with the same setup as you right now and am seeing around 56 with 3 blade 24pitch if you do buy a merc i would be intrested in your chopper prop
