Update, I got the can off and no you don't have to pull the power-head. 7 fasteners total, 4 studs and 3 bolts. This time I put Never-Seize on the studs

I have a Bob's Hydra-Jac that is 6 inches but I also use 2 inch blocks with it. I would consider the 505 lb's of the 300 befor you get to wild.

Has anyone removed the mid housing from a 2.4 Black motor. I have removed the nuts and lock-washers from the four studs coming from the power head.
