Looks great! I like the idea on the splashwell with that frame. Should make it easy to fill it in. If thats the plan anyways.

The dash looks great too. I am still on the fence with my dash. Thinking I just might leave it and work with what I have right now until I get ready to eventually paint it.

There is an awsome Viper resto thread on scream and fly that should help out alot in redoing your vulture. I will try and find it when I get home and post a link here.
