My new project arrived July 4th at 5:00 am!!! This is my biggest, coolest project to date! It's a 1984 Checkmate 2800SX outboard. The boat was originally rigged with tripples off the transom and then converted to twin on Gil Brackets.

Boat is sold and will be heading back to Canada! I'm gonna miss her but other cool projecst await!!

What are you running for power. A 30 pitch prop seems awful high unless you're running big horsepower (260+). What rpm are you turning with the 30??
