Yes the 1/4" hole was drilled and not original, the other hole is the splash well drain

Finally getting around to do the core, transome and floor in my dads Varmint. The question I have is why do you need to put core in the wing area, the Vking,Valero, vultures and other one don't have it there, couldn't I lay a couple extra layers of glass in that area and it be ok [ Post made via iPh...

What is the hull weight of the Ventura 1, also the 115 we had was a red band so that would explain a lot.
