poke around in the bolt holes and see the condition of the wood in the stringers. if its just the holes, harden the holes with epoxy and longer bolts. Hopefully the stringers are ok.

Jack it level with the pad and a chopper style prop. Pitch depends on your wot rpm.

I used 36 grit. Leaves a good surface. Build it the same way it came apart. I've heard of the vipers done both ways with the stringers. Bulsa is fine just as long as the layup is good. The original builds wern't the greatest. If you notice the wood for the old stringers was junk too. They didn't use...

I agree with russ. Just add the oil at the same time you get fuel. Just get an even number of gallons and add the oil accordingly for each gallon. Super easy and takes about 2 min longer when at the pump if that. Thats just me though. Otherwise dont remove your oil injection or if it already is, ho...
