Re: V King or Vector in Europe ?
Can they be imported as a tool to use for building boats? As in a plug, not intended to have the end use as a boat.... If so, what would costs be to have a new "home made" hull pass certifications? [ Post made via Android ] https://www.hydrostreamforums.com/ext/sniper/mobiledevice/images/A...

From the rub rail down its the same as a Vision. Much like the V-King/Valero, CE did this Vision/Vaquero.

Re: 1992 CE Vaquero
The Vaquero is much like my Vision was. I had a 2.4 200 on it, look it up, should be a good read for you. Congrats on the purchase, where do you run?

Re: Current Options for New Build Hydrostreams
There are a few moulds here in Canada that are useable, Spaeth has most of them, also a v-king mould in Ottawa. There is a little talk right now of the AE-21 possibly making a comeback, I believe it's also in the Ottawa area right now. [ Post made via Android ] https://www.hydrostreamforums.com/ext/...

Re: Project Hydrostream Vulture
I'm on the fence over welded skegs. I've heard of guys saying if done right they're perfectly fine, others not only refuse to run one on their boats, they won't even run in a group if they know a guy has one. I broke 2 cle cases, both cracked from the propshaft forward about 4", I scrapped both...

Re: Stage 3 Virage
Aaron does have some Virage molds. I don't know if they are the stage 3 or 4 molds though and that flat black one he built and ran for a couple years. Thing was awesome and built solid. Aaron is also the one who recently did my lower unit for me. Aaron is a great guy. He will build you a new Virage...

Re: Stage 3 Virage
Like Hip said, 4, although only 3 were actually produced by Hydrostream, the stage 4 was left in the mould when the doors closed. Pretty sure that's the one Ron Pratt (alaskastreamin) owns now. When he bought it directly from Howard a few years back, they pulled the deck and hull out of the molds a...
