I have been thinking about this a little bit because of a little side project with a 85 horse suzuki and nitromethane I have been working on.

What I'm thinking is in the past I have used Hustler brand props that use a motor specific hub and universal props. I haven't looked into this all that much but I will be soon. Otherwise you might be able to have a prop rehubbed.
