VECTOR PROP HELP

have a 12 3/4" x 21" aluminum prop on my 1979 Mercury 140.....GPS 51mph

will a laser II 24p give me better performance...would like to know before I buy....

what would you suggest for an all around prop? engine mounted to transom

just got this boat in water and I think a recore will be nessasary based on all your info......new to hydrostreams.....

What is your top rpm now?

It is going past 6200 rpm...don't want to keep it there at all.....

That is a fairly big jump in pitch and from what I know about the inlines is they don't like to be lugged. I would try to get with some buddies and try as many props as you can or buy used props before you spend big money on a prop.
