If you havent already done it, try it without the hydrofoil. They can be very sentive to trim position and sometimes produce unexpected results.

I've been on a bunch of these porpoise threads, and you'll save a ton of time and headaches if you can post some video shot from the shore showing how the boat runs.

One legendary "porpoise" thread turned out to be a steering issue

The problem is people have a difficult time describing what they feel to other drivers, or maybe don't recognize important points. It's like trying to describe a color to someone without any reference.

There's just no substitute for hands on, but seeing it is half the battle.
