like to add waterproof trim switch to cowling to raise lower motor to put transome saver on by my self . cant remember which color wires up/down i do remember power reverses polarity for each. also best location recomended on out side of motor. thanks gary

i got its in trim relay box at rear of motor red 12v blue up green down gary

Most switches I see are on the starboard side of the motor. Get a waterproof switch with momentary on/off/momentary on. Run the red wire to the center. Hook the blue to one side and green to the other. Check to make sure it's working correctly and then mount it in the correct orientation. It's that simple.

yea i had aready posted it thats correct done deal.. great addition not to have to go back to steering wheel buttons to put on transome saver bracket. gary
