I've posted some new progress pictures in my Image Gallery. All the wood in the seats have been replaced with starboard. The vinyl had been restapled with stainless steel staples. New aluminum seat sliders have been installed in the boat. New battery box/mount and battery installed. Gages have been mounted. etc. etc.

It's getting close. I'm waiting $$ to buy a new shifter/harness so I can finish wiring up the boat. I have to pull the powerhead to replace the 25" shift shaft with my 20" shift shaft so I can install my CLE gearcase. I also need to pull out the Stainless Marine side steer bar and replace it with a steering tube so I can finish hooking up the steering.....

Update: Hey guys! I haven't been on for awhile but I have made progress. The new Mercury Throttle/Shifter is installed, new Livorsi gages and bezels installed, new lighted waterproof switch panel installed under the shifter, my 2 hole CLE gearcase had a new waterpump housing and impeller installed and is now mated to the Offshore mid section, new wiring harness run from dash to bilge, all the wire harnesses and rigging has been run through the starboard rigging tubes to the bilge, steering cables hooked up. I still have to run the new fuel line and trim pump harness through the rigging tube to the motor, wire the gages to the 12 gang terminal block, reinstall the fuel tank and finish up some detail rigging work. I'm currently building a 1"X2" beam out of Coosa board rapped in two 6oz layers of cloth (very light) that will be glassed to the bottom of the rear deck (at the top of the transom knees) so I'll have somewhere to clamp all my bilge wires/hoses/cables to prevent them from hanging down....pictures to follow soon!!
