These pics are from a series of a few weeks but here is a heck of an update!! Some of the first pictures are from low quality cell phone so they are kind of small but you get the idea.

Getting ready to glass the floor all in.

Image

Image

Image

And some seat bases all cut and test fit.

Image

Floor all glassed in and making some battery box mounts which also double as a fuel tank supports and glassing them in.

Floor all glassed in, shifter mount made and glassed in, and seat bases glassed down.

Image

Making the air box/front bulk head and getting it all glassed in.

Image

Everything all glassed in and the entire thing in gel.

Black spiderweb/spatter job added to the white gel. Looks great and adds a bit of texture to the floor. No carpet here.
The pictures dont do it any justice. Looks way better in person.

Flipping the boat over and getting ready to fix that bottom.

And here we have nice, clean, straightened, gelled bottom.

Image

And here we are picking up the boat to finally bring it home. Someone is more than excited.

Just a quick pic with the seats sitting in there.

Image

Someone is ready to go boating.

Image

Quick pit stop on the way home.

Image

We made it home safe and sound. And no he didnt ride in there but he sure would have had I let him.

Image

And this is how it sites at the moment. The seats are just sitting in there right now and are not bolted down.

Image

Image

I will have more updates soon hopefully. Still a bit of work to do but we are 75% of the way there and we will be on the water this year for sure! :boating:

Well, I just realized I forgot to post some pictures here so here they are. About mid way through the build, life happened, and some other issues like loss of storage and other junk and my new core job had to be completely redone These are the pictures of what it looked like before it went off to one of the best around over in Wisconsin, Carhart Glass where Brian did his magic and got it done for me and again, I cannot thank they guy enough for everything he did.

This is what it looked like right before it went off to Wisconsin. To date Brian is the only one to have seen these pictures so here you go.

Well, I decided it was time to clean up and paint my windshield frame. Might as well get something done right while I can. Nothing spectacular but but its better than no update.

Here is before. Took a rough scotch bright pad to it and knocked down all the rough edges where the paint had come off already and left a nice surface for the paint to stick too.

Time to unwrap the windshield that has been away in a safe place for the last 6ish years. Huge thanks to RussF for hooking me up all them years ago with this thing.

And here are a few pictures of it just sitting on there. Its not all the way in the frame but just wanted to get an idea what it was going to look like. I love it!

That is all for now. I have more parts here so I can get to mounting my shifter and stuff but I need to get some other things worked out yet and then I will have more updates for that.
