well not too much, it started getting too cold to lay glass so that has gone nowhere. BUT I did start tearing down the old seats to re cover them. Went to the fabric store and got some marine vinyl in grey and red to match the boat. That was a messy teardown. I will post a pic or two shortly. I did find the basic frame of the seats are fiberglass. Who knew!?

I told you guys I was working on the new seat covers, and today I got the sewing machine going alright. so here is what I got done, needs a little more cushion on the seat to take up some slack I think.

okay, so the time finally came, ordered up some balsa core and cabosil to bed it down, got the glass I will need, and I patched up these damaged spot on the bottom. Now, for the smaller chips in the strakes, and some sharpening on the edges, what should I use? Need guidance for the chip repairs along a lot of the strakes, and sharpening the edges near the rear

had some beautiful weather today, so I started my core install in the pad. have the boat hanging naturally from the bow eye and weight supported on the rear corner of the strakes that are at the bottom edges of the transom. nothing will be pushing on the flat parts of the hull, and it seems extremely straight that way. here is how it looks right now
