Re: Viper rebuild
With summer here, work on the Viper has slowed. Progress is being made, just haven't updated the thread. Still doing mock-up work on the rigging. Received the tube adaptors and got the holes cut for them. Also acquired the 2" flex tubing that will go with them.

Re: Viper rebuild
Rear light and cleats installed in the splashwell. Glassed in bulkheads to mount the paddle and push/pull pole to. Put them in a position so that they so they could be grabbed quickly....All the seat mounts got fabricated and installed also.

Re: Viper rebuild
Found some nice switches for the trim and jackplate. Had some hardware made to get the helm in order. Mounted the kill switch too.

Re: Viper rebuild
Fuel tank mounts are finished and all the fuel lines plumbed. Arranged it so the primer squeeze bulb is easily reachable from the cockpit.

Re: Viper rebuild
With open stringers, and no subfloor, water that gets into the hull will be sloshing around. Made a baffle that mounts in between the inner/lowest stringers to help collect it in the rear.

Re: Viper rebuild
Plumbed and mounted a 500gph bilge pump to get rid of any water in the bilge. Will be manually operated from the helm.
