Finally getting to the transom redo. Here are a few pictures of the starting day. This was last weekend and made more progress this weekend.

Yeah - It was all wet wood all the way through. I have most of it out but a lot of cleanup around the edges, then it's build up time, before the lakes thaw. How's yours looking Hippie? Bill

Its not at the moment. lol It is currently under a cover with a few inches of snow on it. I dont have anywhere indoors to work on it. :(
