Got started this weekend. Finding lots of rot. No surprise after reading all the threads. At least I know what I am in for. Picked up lots of good info here. Now I am ready to get going.[ Post made via Android ]

Got a battery in it. And the lights work, the trim works, the jack plate works but lifts crooked one of the hydrologic pistons is bent. Battery wasn't strong enough for the starter but it tried. Hopefully hear it run tomorrow. I am charging the batt all night.

Anybody got one of these laying around that they might want to get rid of ? I might be able to straighten it. Any ideas. Does it matter if it lifts crooked. It seems to have a lot of slop also.

I see what looks to be rotten core under that floor. I hope you plan to replace the core and transom as well as the floor. Would hate to see the boat come apart on you out on the water.
Nice looking boat for sure though. Love that silver and blue flake.

Yea I found cracks in the transom on the top so I am going to support the bottom on the trailer and redo the core and transom
