Good thing is, once it's ready to go back together, you can easily have it knocked out in a few days easy.

Possibly. The only concern after all the grinding is done is money. 2 week shutdown at work means 2 weeks with no paycheque ("paycheck" for those that don't understand Canadian). I have about $1200 set aside for materials. Hopefully I can stretch it far enough to get the bulk of the structural work completed. Our prices in Canada are a lot higher than in the States.
