I forgot to mention one very important thing, drilling holes thru the stringers so water can get out.

With the floor in I feel like progress is being made. Only took 3 years to get this far.

Looking good! Love the pipe deal. Will the guides slide easy on that? Might do something like that for trimming my stringers.

I spaced the pipes so that the router could move front to back without falling in, then began side to side front to back of jig untill cut that area, then slid the jig to the next position and keep doing it until done. The only down was there was several inches at stearn that couldn't be reached using the jig so I used the side grinder and torpedo level to complete. I had to stand on end of jig to keep it from moving while routing.

Thanks for the encouragement. Between the weather, working out of town all the time, family (10 month old daughter), and the Key West calling me every time the weather is good enough to fish, the Vector doesn't get the attention it should.

Now that the inside of the running surface is solid I relocated as to begin core outside to floor. I positioned it to give me a more level lay surface. I saw this at the Fountain plant while taking a tour.

Added fairing to voids not only to stop water pockets but for a flat surface for core.
