The maiden voyage went great. I had her up to 74 on the gps before I let off. The prop seems to be a great match for it. I brought it back home to finish wiring the guages.
Its a fun boat. I took a few people for a ride in it and scared them to death. The boat is very flighty and you have to be judicious with the throttle and trim. The motor ran mint even though it hadn't run in years. I'm surprised at how quickly it can eat up fuel in one of those 6 gal. tanks though.
I got alot of people giving me thumbs up and a few who came over and said they never knew hydrostream made bass boats. Alot of people didn't believe the boat was as old as it is.
