'82 Vandal Floor and Recore

Thanks Chet,the Varmint is what got me hooked on Streams. My grandpaw bought one new in 79 and raced it ,it had a Mariner 175 and was clocked at 78 at the races, he died in 80 and the boat got sold. About 7 years ago my dad bought one and I got to run it, I WAS HOOKED. Are they pretty reasonably on prices?

Well I havent got much done to the Vandal in the past 2 days, Ive been rebuilding my Mariner for the Varmint. I hope to get some sanding done on the floor in the next couple of days before I have to go back to work.

Thanks,yeah i got the Varmint running just got to put the low water pickup on. I haven't done any work on the Vandal been to busy putting up fences for the children's horses, they kept asking for some and I had to get some. How you coming on yours.

Well the weather was good today so I pulled the Vandal out and did some grinding on the hull. We Hydrostreamers must have a nut loose or just love these boats to put ourselves through the mental and physical punishment that we go through recoring these beauties.

yes we are crazy and i think i developed a twitch from grinding in the bow.
