Mike that's a good prop as lang as your rpms are in the range you are comfortable spinning.

If you have a low water pick up on your gearcase raise the motor so your propshaft is even with the pad and keep going up 1/4" at a time until your rpms increase but your speed doesn't. You will need a gps to get a accurate reading.

If you don't have a LWP plug the top 4 holes in your side intakes and use a water pressure gauge to find out how high you can go.

If you are using it with passengers you might be able to come up a little still but I would go to a through hub prop like a trophy.

I dont have a LWP yet that was going to be a winter investment, wish i did.

What would be the best thing to plug the holes with? now would this be 2 on one side and 2 on the other then? Is there any down side to doing this or should i be good. I have a Land and Sea step and lift on there now and have one more hole i could go up, which would be and inch or so at the plate.

What type of trophy prop would you recommend, i do usually have passengers and it is very hard to get it to plane.

thanks Chet

Not too much you can do at this point. Vectors don't like the propshaft deep, so it will be really tough to get it to handle. You can't raise it up much without a LWP.

Biggest concern is the cracked prop, if it throws a blade, it can damage the lower unit, and bend the propshaft.

If you run loaded a lot, I'd try a 28 Trophy, but I don't even know what horsepower that motor is, 200?

So the Regular Trophy 3 blade prop in the 28p is what you would probably recommend? I would like a prop i could maybe have the potental for 90mph or so down the road when i raise my engine.

yes its a 200hp 2.4 engine with a 2.4 220 hp lower.

Do you know where the best place would be to get one?

4 blade 28 or 26, depending on your normal load, be tough to reach 90. Gonna need more than one prop for that.
