sorry for the 2 added pics.i dont see how to rid of the 2 copy.
Anyways im runing 5 set back on powerlift plate ive ran it 1,2 below pad and 1,2 above and right at the pad.Ive tried a 24 chopper just to show high rpms.Ive spun a 28 dah chopper at 7000 rpm at 80 pluss and a 30 dah at 6400 rpms at 85 mabie alitttle more. But it will not lift the boat.with the 28 and 30 i have to lift The plate to the ski and trim like heck. The boat then gets out of shape.Meaning it will run flat and slide around side to side. But no a chine walk its on the (sponcen)hope thats correct spelling. But will not hang.
Ive owned a vector in the past and this rig is a whole new ball game to run.

Last ive ran a cle and a cle with ally plate and no good at 60 gps.
I then ran a stock case 187.1 with bobs cone ran good into the 80
And last this year ran a stock case 2.1 with bobs cone and about the same as the 187.1 case.

Now what i have read is with the 5 ich set back on the yt you will never get it to fly.You will always have trim to the hill.
Now with a 12 inch set back it will lift the bow by its self.
and then with small amount of trim it will fly.
Let me say this. With the 5 inch set back and haveing to trim so much its like driveing the rear of the boat hull deep in the water to lift the front.(slowing the boat.
Now this is realy all ive read and am realy wandering if this 12 ich set back will correct my problems.

dont know for sure man. but i talked to guy that races and he said you can build the center pad up so it is lower then the tunnel and you will fly. but dont know how it will handle. put a post on and see if anyone is running 12 " set back probably be your best bet.

Here is a vid of this boat over the summer. You can see how high its trimmed just to run.It runs flat and just to me does not fly like it should.
I hope the link works for you guys.It close to the end.

Billyho
I like the blue on your stream.
As you say you chine walk.Is that just the boat on all 3s swing back and forth
Like going forward with the nose going right and left.Or are you on the rear of the boat rocking back and forth side to side.?

I know i have a hard way of getting my point out there so please hang in there.I hope it'll all help us yt guys out in the end..

Same thing going on with mind. Its not chinning.
It not hanging the bow.

First let me say man i looked up all your posted pics.Guy your yt rocks.I realy think the blue and silver makes the boat look sharp..

But im leaning to the point of changeing set back how much now ?
and i hate the thought or new cables for the steering and the cost of a new plate. But all ive read says its the ticket. And like yours the 175 should be still a correct amount of power to fly it.It a rigging thing for us both.

I see your not to far from me.Im in janesville have you ran kosh with your boat.
Since ive never seen it before im wandering. How long have you had your stream
