28P Chopper For sale

You know Russ I thought exactly that when I got it...I checked the part number on it last night and apparently the part number was replaced with a new number that checks out as a Chopper 2. But to me it clearly looks like a Big Ear. Here's the part number and lemme know what you think....

Well that saves me a hassle Russ! Thanks...because somebody off another website sent me this after I posted the part number 48 89860-28 5.... "That is a Mercury number that is no longer available. The new number is 48-13372A62."

When I checked what he had said with the new number it came up as a Chopper II. Oh well now I know it is infact a big Ear chopper! Hydrostream Forums saves the day again I love this place

Looking to trade this Chopper for a 26 Chopper, Even anything interesting from 23-26 Pitch. Raker, Laser...anything interesting.

Hey Transomstand, Not to sure to be honest. As far I as I know the weed cutters have been removed. As for Lab finish and cupping I dont have any idea. I got it from a friend who has a 250 Merc and he had sold the boat but kept the prop for me.

Very possible Red Demon, I think because of my fueling issue I might still be able to squeeze this prop good, but I'll know more after this weekend. Electric Pump is going on tonight and I am going to retry the 28 and see how it goes. If I cant turn it I would be interested.
