Craigslist Viper in PA

The guy is asking $2500,

has anyone taken a closer look at it by any chance?
What makes me wonder is that the transom and core is all original 1981, while the floor was changed 3 years ago.
So in all honesty a recore is very likely necessary.
What do you guys think would be a realistic value for it?

Gee, I wish something like Bernie's Viper (Oldskier), comparable in price and condition, would come up for sale again

quick update, I took a look at it and apart from some other points to consider I backed off after I saw the tips of wood screws (probably holding the floor) had protruded through the hull and were forming long lines along both sides on the underside of the hull.
