Re: Look what followed me home from Minnesota!!
Nice! Where at in MN did you buy it at? I dont think I seen that one on cragslist or anything.
One suggestion though, Get rid of them rollers on that trailer ASAP and replace em with some good bunks!!! If the core is shot (If its unrestored most likely it is. Dont mean to be a downer here) or borderline wet, the rollers can actually leave dimples in the bottom of the boat therefore affecting the performance big time. I seen a guy that had a Vector on a roller and when he went to replace the core they flipped it over to do the bodywork on the bottom and you could tell where every roller had been on the bottom of the boat.
One of my favorite color schemes too. Bruiser is the correct name of the color scheme you have there.

I have a 2001 150 Johnson 20" and a cheap 88 evinrude 150 25" that I should get rid of. I need to make room in the shop for this winter.

Thanks for the comments. Could I get your opinions on motor choice? What sort speed would I get out of a 115 tower? I'd like to get above the 60+ mph range. I'd like the 150 looper but how would the long shaft work out? Could I find a short shaft mid and do a swap? Need to go for a rip!!
Re: Look what followed me home from Minnesota!!
Things are coming along nicely. Seats, and controller in. Motor mounted and running with jack plate in full up position. Next wiring in the dash. Lights, tach., depth and ammeter. Also the bilge pump. Hope to be in the water in the next few days... ,,
