Bad back = cappy weekend

Post: # 19257Post quinten »

I have so much I wanted to do this weekend. Both boats need my attention, and as the day went on Friday, the old back got more and more tight. By Saturday morning, I had to crawl to my phone and call for help just to let the dog back in the house. I'm not looking for sympathy, but this sucks. It's been years since it got this bad. I guess the up side is, I am getting around today, very slow and with the help of medication. Might make it out to the garage for some small stuff, but definately no wiring under the dash or floor coating going on this weekend. Did I say that it sucks? :(

I know all to well how a bad back to can stop you dead in your tracks. I layed on my couch for 3 days once and had to have help just getting up to walk to the bathroom. That sucked. Been a while since I have had that happen but ever once and a while my back will let me know when its time to take it easy. lol

I hear ya Pete. I was doing really good at the gym until I got married again. The gym I was going to closed, I'm not sure how long that particular location was closed, but they had to call because my dead line to switch facilities or bail on the contract was approaching. Pretty sad. I know for a fact, the more weight I carry around, the more frequent the back hurts.

Yea, yea, yea. I could say I was busy helping her move, taking care of two houses, demanding job. It's all excuses. People do what they really want to do. I will say that it was easier to get to the gym when I had a room mate here that was going and my son was going.
