Lifes curveballs...

Post: # 3007Post Hippie459MN »

Well, I cant keep this in any longer but in February would have been 5 years for the girlfriend and I but about 2 weeks ago she decided to move out. Now it sucks in itself but now that I have a child who is about a week away from 6 months old it sucks even more. We have always gotten along really good and when and when and if we got into a fight (Didn't happen very often what so ever) it didn't last very long at all. Well, I guess she had some things that she told me she had moved on from from very early on in our relationship (No I never cheated but I did flirt alot and that bothered her and I don't blame her for that but that was long before we got a lot more serious about our relation ship) but in fact she didn't really get past that stuff and then she said my priorities were not where they should be (My boats being one of them right now. lol) having a child and stuff and she just couldn't handle it right now so she decided she needed to step back for a bit and packed her stuff up and took baby. I have been able to visit and spend all the time I want to with little one but at the end of the day, it sucks not having both of them here. It was rough the first few days but I am doing much better now and I have work to try and keep my mind off things so that helps. I just hope things will end up working out in the end as I couldn't imagine not having my son here all the time. Look what being a father has done to me. lol

And to think I asked her dad about a month ago if I had his permission to pop the question to her over the holidays and he was mad I hadnt done it alot sooner. LoL Guess that will have to wait. :(

Anyways, Enough ranting about this. Just had to get it off my chest.

Sorry to here this.
You have suffered a big loss here, and I know that's painful.

Thanks everyone. Things are going good for the most part. I am spending the new years with little one so mom could go do a horse event tonight then get some sleep before she has to work in the morning so its just me and my baby till morning. Im glad he loves me like crazy and not a fussy hater my cousins kid. LoL

Im sure things will work out. Only time will tell. Until then, Just keep dreaming about boats, more boats and sunny days and sandy beaches with my boat. :D
