Side storage???

Post: # 15291Post steve3340 »

Well I've been straight out getting vector ready. New core, flr & transom. Now I'm ready for carpet but was thinking of making storage where the foam boxes where. I have a few ideas but thought I would ask how others have done this?

im going to use a12 x 48" cargo net. Attach one on each side running from the front seats to the splash well. They are bungee material, something like would be in an suv.

Just to hold towels and soft ice chest and such.

Just a thought.

Hmm. I was thinking like 2 or 3 blocks glued on edge then a board ( like that plastic white board) screwed to the blocks.

Here's some pics of my Vision. It's all under carpet, not sure how it was attached, but it's strong.

it all depends on what your trying to store. both above are great ideas but if just for towels and stuff the bungee works awesome but if you try to put a ski they don't work very good.
