Here is there information and her reply to me.
CMT Inc. Monica Smith <boatwindshield@hotmail.com>My tooling guy thinks he has this tooling.....can you trace the bottom shape that the windshield would need to be onto a piece of paper or something and send that template in just to make sure? But yes, he's pretty sure he made tooling for this a few years back for a replacement order. Just estimating from the size of the console, you are looking at at least $150 for the windshield...thats just ball park, I dont know for sure. We will know after we get your traced template.

Thanks
Monica Smith

bring the shield to a machine shop have them get a piece of stainless pipe and bend it and cot a slice out to side the shield into, but the stainless is harder to work with , you can use aluminum its easier to bend, thats how my top peice was done, I'm tryin to get you some of those washer for the bottom..............and the shiled looks GREATTTTTTTTTTT.............

SHIPPING THE FRAME IS THE PRICEY PART. NOBODY WANTS TO SEND IT FOR LESS THAN $300 DUE TO THE DIMENSIONS. I TRIED UPS, FEDEX, DPL, US POSTAL, AND ALL OF THEM WILL ONLY SHIP ON A PALLET AND CHARGE AS THOUGH IT IS A MOTOR BEING SENT. I MADE A FEW OUT OF FIBERGLASS, LOOK AWESOME, MUCH STRONGER THAN THE ALUMINUM BUT SHIPPING IS NOT COST EFFECTIVE. I COULD CUT A NICE LONG BEVEL IN THE CENTER OF THE FRAME AN PUT IT INTO TWO PIECES AND SEND FOR $15! BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO USE A GOOD ADHESIVE LIKE AN EPOXY TO GLUE BACK TOGETHER, AND FAIR IT OUT. NOT A BIG DEAL AT ALL, SHOULDN'T TAKE 20 MINUTES TO SOMEONE THAT HAS WORKED WITH BONDO. ANYWAY. MY TWO CENTS.

I HAVE AN ORIGINAL FRAME, ALSO THAT IS IN NICE SHAPE, AND ANOTHER THAT NEEDS SOME STRAIGHTENING THAT IS ALSO ORIGINAL BUT AGAIN, SHIPPING SUCKS. IF SOME ONE WANTS TO MAKE THE DRIVE, THEY CAN HAVE BOTH ORIGINAL FRAMES FOR $150 TOTAL.

SORRY, I REALLY DIDN'[T MEAN TO JACK THIS THREAD.
