MAILBOX ON PHIL PHONE IS FULL.FACE BOOK ACOUNT IS GONE.
PLUS HE HAS MY BOAT DECAPPED WITH THE FLOOR RIPPED OUT.HES HAD THE BOAT SINCE OCTOBER,FEADING ME A
LINE OF BULLSHIT EVERY WEEK.SO NOW MY 40K VEGAS IS SITTNG IN HIS RENTED BUILDING AND HES NO WHERE TO BE

Wow, That sucks. I noticed yesterday there facebook page was gone too. Wonder what will become of hydrostream now. Someone needs to get the molds and try to acquire the copyrights from PK. How they ended up with them is kinda fuzzy I think. I never did hear they story o how they acquired the rights to Hydrostream.

PK MARINE NEVER OWNED RIGHTS TO HYDROSTREAM.
JIM WAS HAVING PHILLIP DO ALL THE NEW BUILDS.
FOR 2010 THEY ONLY DID 3 BOATS.
JIM CONTZEN STILL OWNS HYDOSTREAM AND WAS WORKING ON GETTING THE MOLDS
OUT OF PK MARINES BUIDING.
JIM TOLD ME HE WOULD LIKE TO GET THE MOLDS TO CALIFORNIA WHERE HE CAN MANAGE
A NEW TEAM OF BUILDERS.

Phillip told me in a personal email that he was now building the Hydrostreams and had obtained the copyright to the hydrostream name. I will dig up the email and post what he told me but from what he told me he was now the owner of the hydrostream name.

Also, He made a post on S&F yesterday I think it was. His username there is Ga.Stream if you didnt know already. He is starting to sound kind of shady now. I was never impressed with him. The few times I talked to him he has been less then helpful and was not very professional and has yet to return a few of my emails.

I will get into more. This sucks. Hopefully Jim gets all this ironed out. From they way Phillip made it sound as if Jim was no longer in the picture with hydrostream.

why is the floor ripped out?

THE FLOOR IS RIPPED OUT BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER SIZED CORRECTLY.THER WAS A 1/4 INCH BETWEEN FLOOR AND
STRINGERS.WHERE DECK MEETS TRANSOM,ALL THE TABBING IS SEPERATING.THE BOAT WAS BUILT BY VIPER CUSTOMS
POOR QUAILTY AND SHORTCUTS.TOO MUCH TO LIST.BY ALL MEANS NOT PHILLIPS SCREW UP.BUT THATS WERE I WAS TOLD TO TAKE IT FOR WARRANTY WORK LAST OCTOBER.I THINK JIM HAS ALL RIGHTS TO HYDROSTREAM.HE TOLD ME LAST WEEK PHILLIP WAS DONE.JIM TOLD ME HE HAD SOMEONE GET MY BOAT,WHICH IS NOW IN TENN.

Ah thats why I saw the hydrostream for sale at Viper in Maryville Tenn on CL a couple weeks ago, sorry to hear about your boat
