What Hydrostream do you own? (Poll)

Post: # 21170Post Streamer »

I couldn't really partake in this poll yet as I don't yet have a Stream, but figured I would say that if I had one, it would be a Viking YT.
And I will have one when I can find one for sale! One that needs a major rebuild...I like to work with wood and glass.

Had a few hot rod boats in the past, but not a HydroStream..Looking forward to owning one someday.

*************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

So since I posted this last year, I do have not one but two Streams..79 Vector, and a 79 V-KIng

Not a YT, but happy none the less!!

Both need work. The Vector needs hull blueprinting and paint, the V-King is getting a complete restore, floor-stringers-transom, and deck off to to some modifying.

So I did take the poll

James
79 Vector needs restore (on hold for now)
79 V-King getting restored (WIP)

Well, I have since added a Vamp and a Vector to the poll. I scored both of them this past summer for an amazing price that I couldnt say no too. Its going to be a while but I cant wait to start work on them.

I bought my first Hydrosteam a few months back, a "Varmint" in Bingamton, NY from "GregPro", but havn't been able to put in the water yet.
Bought the boat without a motor as I have a 2.4 200 to put on it. After getting my hands on the boat, I didn't like the steering setup so I removed the ole Ride Guide setup and installed a new SeaStar Pro. This allowed me to move the steering wheel over and down on the console so I now have an almost "center" steering setup. Looking forward to "trying" to drive my first Stream!!!
Excitement factor should be high. LOL!!
