I read the S&F thread. My opinion still stands. Customer service is the most important thing a biz can provide. They arent providing it. Too bad. I really wanted a venom. But,, if they cant afford to answer the phone it scares me to think about the materials they may be using and possibly other corners that may be being cut. I may be wrong and hope I am but the evidence seems to indicate otherwise.

They build a fine boat, and run a small operation. I rarely answer the phone either, and have no shortage of buisness. You can get work done, or listen to prop spinners all day.

Apparently you purchased one from the current owners. How did communicaion go during the build? Would you buy again knowing they dont take calls?

I never said they didnt make a good boat. Maybe they do but if they dont take calls they arent much good to me. 15K is way too much money too invest with someone who may care so little about their customers that dont bother answering da fone.

Have'nt purchased yet... I crawled all over inside and out at Jasper and found not too much to nit pick about, and I am picky. Phil and Greg were great to talk to. I have to move a couple boats before I get another, along with not really knowing how the economy and weather were going to be this year. But they will warming up the blue and silver before the end of the year.

I ve seen new Hydrostream on CL , its seems to be the place that made their interiors out of Maryville tenn

I visited the shop in Maryville Tn. when the Venom was just beginning production there. It was the old Mastercraft shop or so I was told on my visit. When did production stop in Maryville. As I said , it seemed to be a pretty good operation when I was there.
