It's that time of year again. I will have my viper out this time in the lake racer 2 with the 200 and lake racer 3 on spray if my fuel pump shows up in time.

I would like to invite anyone to come and race, I can hook you up with some needed parts,props and safety gear with enough notice. I know there will be at least one lake racer boat 60 mph at the end of 1/4 mile so a good inline or v-4 stream would be perfect for this class.

Well it was a long day of racing, I went through 10 gallons of gas and raced for 3 hours in two classes. I was beat by a v-drive in the finals in the 85mph class out of a field of 12. In the lake racer 3 95mph class I had too many back to back runs and ran out of pressure in the nitrous bottle in the finals and was beat by a heavily modified yamaha waverunner.

It was a blast and I put last years lake racer 3 winner on the trailer, he's running a allison xb with a 260. It was a perfect race we were even on holes hot he had me in mid range but I pulled him on top end. I will post some pictures once I get them downloaded.
