Rondack Romp 2010 (Northville, NY) 10-14 June

There is a nice performance outboard gathering each summer in the Southern Adirondacks (NY) called the Rondack Romp. it is located on Great Sacandaga Lake for a 4 day stint. The final day is typically a long run to the dam and back (about 30 miles or so round trip). Many streams attend (from Vandals to Virages, HST). Typically 20-30 boats show up for this. Some stay at hotels on the lake and most camp at Northhampton Camground (which has beach campsites and a nice launch). The traditional host will not be running this again this year, but most everyone is showing up anyway for the dubbed "Non-Event" )

A 4 day event sure sounds like a good time, I just wish I was close. Have a good time out there.
