Have a blazer 17ft with a 200 evinrude bored over, the boat will jump on plane super quick but going a speed of 25 the nose is up a little but when u gas on it the front sucks down in the water and eventually it popps up a little like it gets on pad it's like a barge going through the water ? Has a 20 pitch prop

Seems solid , has a solid sound and I can mash down on it and it will throw the boat out of the water but at 40 -50 there is water spray all the way up to the front till u hit about 56 it pops up and seem like it on pad cause it's starts trying to chine

The cavitation plate on foot is even with the notch bottom above the actual pad

The only 2 reasons I can think of for your issue are the boat is severely overweight or the transom is flexing. I'd say it's time to have a good look at the boat

Took the blazer out and notice when on plain and u stomp it that tail end raises up which make the front sit down then eventually the front popps up and kinda tries to chine a little my motor is screaming with that 20 pitch going 55

No it trims up I put a 24 pitch power tech 4 blade on it yesterday and it turned the prop and had a lot more lift when I would stomp it it would stay up better with that prop but loose in the tail end , the 20 pitch ran 55mph pretty straight didn't gps the 24 gonna run it again weekend
