Nice! Yes we used to keep a sea ray 250 Sundancer at causeway marina in Naples. The fun days of overnights on sebego!

As I build this boat, we should run the streams in the same pond/lake. I'm a big time enthusiest

 also, banging my head against the wall with getting a better prop. Although I won't keep the v4 omc 115, it's running so mint, I'm going to wear it out first. Putting my TH marine manual jack plate on Wednesday, and then need to look for a higher pitch prop... It came with a 19 on, and a spare 17. Both good for skiing, but not AT ALL what I'm looking for. Looked over the prop, and it seems to be a 13x... ugh, thinking a good quality 25 or 26 pitch ( cause I think that's all the v4 can handle) will be extremely difficult to find...

Any assistance or input would be greatly appreciated

Jack plate going on today, and looks 5 inches of setback on a TH MARINE manual plate. First prop try may be a 25 pitch. Running it in Tacoma lakes Sunday if all goes well. Didn't mention yet that I hit a wave wrong last weekend, and some what blew out my back. Been hobbling around for a few days with numb legs, but seems to slowly be getting better. I will post more pics this weekend. With my tiny 115 rude.

:boating: 8-) Another great day at the lake. Went to the Tacoma lakes in litchfield Maine. Nice and narrow allowing you to pick up some speed. Also seemed to be packed with high horse power jet ski's.

Still dealing with proposing due to trimming up too much as an attempt to increase top speed. Wish I had had time to put the jack plate on last week. Will try to make time this week.

Also going to try and find a 24 pitch prop OMC. It's a strange size being a 13 x 24. Took some measurements and it would seem awful close to go 13.1/4 x 24. But I guess we will see.

Getting that jack plate on and getting the motor up as high as you can without loosing water pressure will make a HUGE difference. Assuming there is no low water pick/cone on your lower. If not, try to raise the motor up as high as you can to get as close to getting the prop shaft even with the pad but keep an eye on your water pressure, you start to loose it, drop it down just enough that you no longer loose it. If you have a cone with low water pick up, raise it to the moon and hang on! lol

Yeah, no bobs nose cone or any low water pick up. And I'm probably not going to but much effort into this V4 115 rude (although she is proving real reliable). But pitch will still be a problem..

Glad I am able to get lots of seat time

OMC is where its at. ;) Like they say, if it's not white, it's not right. :pound:

I'm also just thinking it's too small to mess with...
