Re: 1989 hydrostream vector
Does anyone have tips on blueprinting the bottom? I will be racing this in the VODBA in 800' drags so a clean straight bottom is a must.
Thanks in advance!

Looks awesome! As for the bottom, just get the edges as sharp as possible and make sure the pad is nice and flat/true. Dont remove the factory hook though. Just my opinion. Im sure someone with a lot more experience with a vector could help though.
Keep them pics coming.

Re: 1989 hydrostream vector
plugging it is 1 way to do it.... but it won't be 100 right...... cut dash board out from behind glass and glass new dash board back in... filling glass holes and sanding smooth

Re: 1989 hydrostream vector
What is ya'lls thoughts on adding some sort of kickers or knees in the dash to stop the flex? something like 2 right triangles on each sode of the wheel? i pull on that alot when getting in and out of the seat in my dads vector, and mine did it to when i had it all together. lol especially with how low my seat will be.
just a thought
