3 blade the boat will air the boat more. More air, more top end but then it becomes a bear to handle (chine). I think those boats have a lot of downward pressure at the bow because of the deck. Props are a lot of trial and error, expensive trial and error. All depends on what you want to do with it like Chet said. I almost bought one of those from a dealer in PA. Get some pic's of it!!!

some places will let you exchange to try a different prop for a weekend
someone also told me i should try a cleaver...
anyone try a cleaver on a stream ?

I have known guys to run cleavers on the HS tunnels with good results. They give more stern lift and tend to run flatter. I would like to try one too.
